CreekHaus takes its name from the creek that winds through the property and the German word Haus, meaning “home.” It was created as a true home for the community. A welcoming gathering place designed for connection and conversation. More than a destination, CreekHaus’ open, light-filled space invites people to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the best of Orinda through thoughtfully curated cuisine and craft coffee.

Founded by Orinda moms, it pairs personalized learning and adaptive technology with caring tutors to help students build strong foundations, gain confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

CreekHaus Beer Garden serves as the social heart of CreekHaus. Featuring rotating Bay Area craft beers, sharable communal seating, live music, and seasonal programming under the oak trees. CreekHaus Beer Garden is proud to partner with PizzaHacker, known for its naturally leavened sourdough crusts and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

The Bistro and Cocktail Lounge

The Bistro offers elevated dining, signature cocktails, and live music in a distinctive Art Deco-inspired atmosphere. It is a place for long dinners, good conversation, and evenings that unfold at their own pace. A welcome break from modern life.
